SOUTH VIETNAM - ARVN 

The Republic of South Vietnam has left an indellible memory on the modern US Military and civil society.

Vietnam i.e. The Vietnam War - still evokes memeries of loss, defeat and bad times in SE Asia. Only recently has the USA begun open economic and cultural ties with it's former foe, the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.

PSYOPS and PSWAR played an integral role in trying to defeat the Communist forces of North Vietnam and the insurgent Viet Cong - VC.

The South Vietnamese military utilised both PSYOPS and Psywar tactics and counter querilla warfare theory.
