UNKNOWN ITEMS - CAN YOU HELP TO IDENTIFY?

There are numerous occurences when an item of insignia is made available to collectors purporting to be of PSYOPS value. Many a dealer, or collector, wanting to sell an item of insignia (on ebay for example) will write as many 'tag' terms as they can to ensure that interested collectors 'see' the item listed..........so it may not actually have anything to do with PSYOPS.  Because of these tags and the associated belief of the value of this unconventional / special operations unit affiliation - it raises interest and the possibility of additional purchase.  

Wow........herewith a spectrum of unknowns - many are definately TAIWAN POLITICAL WARFARE but not all. Which items are though ? Please help.
