JOINT PSYOPS SUPPORT ELEMENT - JPSE

 

Pronounced Gypsey, this unit was created in 200.... and based out at Florida - MacDill Air Force Base. The unit serves as a JOINT SERVICE Unit.

 

  

 

It has since 2007 changed its name to the Joint Military Information Support Command JMISC.  This owing to the desire to dissasociate itself with the term PSYOP.  JMISC continues to be part of USSOCOM.
