Direccion de Relaciones Civiles y Militares del EMDN

Within this Direccion one finds the Escuela de Relaciones Publicas. It appears from recent history reports that Guatemala had an Asuntos Civiles y Operaciones Psicologicas and perhaps owing to a restructure has 'filed' Asuntos Civiles and OPSIC under the PUBLIC RELATIONS umbrella.

Currently the Public Relations School provides courses for Asuntos Civiles and Operaciones Psicologicas.

It looks like a Direccion de Asuntos Civiles del Estado Mayor de la Defensa Nacional existed too.

A Escuela de Asuntos Civiles also existed before becoming the current Public Relations School.
