The Special Operations 'Commandos' are also known to conduct such operations under Intelligence direction and control.

Recently, (2020) I found out that the Argentinians are setting up a PSYOPS unit, alongside an already established CIMIC Asuntos Civiles unit.
Argentine Civil Affairs and OPSIC: 2 sketches from the Argentine Army Intelligence Corps OPSIC section - circa early 2000's.
Argentine Army Intel sent OPSIC functionaries to Haiti 2005 - but after this assignment the sub unit was disbanded.
Currently, OPSIC does not exist within the Argentine Army doctrine. However, it has made a come back via a more neutral term: COSACO = Communicacion Social Aplicativa al Combate (Operational or Combat applied Social Communication)
These sketches show an Argentine Intel Tactical OSPIC mission - information dissemination via loudspeaker and then an 'I SURRENDER - ME RINDO' safe conduct pass in counter guerrilla operations. Lovely sketches.....
